02 / WHAT WE BUILD

Built around
your next customer.

A website starts with a purpose. We choose the pages, structure, and interactions around yours.

01

Service businesses

Make it easy to explain the job.

Service pages, work galleries, areas served, and a focused project inquiry. Useful for contractors, landscapers, cleaners, and detailers.

START FROM THE CUSTOMER’S TASK

What a visitor
is trying to do.

Pages are planned around tasks, not around the company. Each task names what gets built and the level it starts at.

Call or message now

A phone number and a message option near the top of every page, sized for thumbs.

BOUNDARIES, IN PLAIN WORDS

Build, care
and change.

In the build

  • The agreed page list and visual direction
  • Phone and desktop layouts
  • The scoped interactive flows, each confirmed in writing
  • The agreed revision rounds: One consolidated list of changes within the signed scope. New pages, new functions, or a new design direction require a written change approval.
  • Prelaunch checks and the handoff

With optional care

  • Optional, by separate agreement, month by month
  • One client-supplied text/image change requiring up to 30 minutes, with no new page, layout, code feature, or provider integration. Unused allowances do not roll over.
  • The level’s stated number of updates each month
  • A monthly review of the website
  • Hosting is not included

A change of scope

  • New pages beyond the agreed list
  • A new visual direction after approval
  • New features or provider connections
  • Quoted in writing, with a new date, before any work

COMMON QUESTIONS

Worth settling
before a quote.

Can you write the text?

Yes, where the quote includes it. You supply the facts and the voice; drafts come back for your approval. Otherwise you supply the text against the agreed page list.

Can you take or source the photographs?

Photographs you own or have the right to use work best. Paid imagery, if any, is a separate cost named in the quote. Photography sessions are not part of a package.

Can my website take bookings, orders or payments?

Those functions are scoped around a provider whose account you own; setup and testing are named in the quote. The concepts here demonstrate the journeys without live connections.

Can I edit the website myself?

Content editing can be scoped where the project needs it. Otherwise, optional care covers a monthly review and the level’s small content updates.

What happens to my current website?

Text and images you have the rights to can be planned into the new page list. Your old site can stay live on its current host until the new one is approved and launched.

All the answers

The page is only
the beginning.

The right navigation, page hierarchy, forms, and content make the design useful. We can scope project planners, searchable collections, content editing, and provider connections where your business needs them.

Live booking, ecommerce, accounts, and third-party services need their own setup and testing. Your written quote will identify exactly what’s connected and what it costs.
