What you choose to share
The quote form asks for your name, email, business, the package you are considering, a short description, and your build-speed, weekend and payment preferences. These details are used only to review and answer your request. Please leave out passwords, bank or card details and private customer information.
How a quote request is sent
Preparing an inquiry keeps your details on this page so you can review them. When you choose Open email draft, your own email app opens with the inquiry filled in. Nothing is sent until you press Send in your email app. This website does not store quote requests on a server and takes no payments.
Local planner drafts
The detailed project planner saves a draft in this browser only when you choose Save, and the Clear saved draft control removes it. The concept websites keep your choices on the page; a summary or brief is downloaded to your device only when you choose Download.
Style shortlist
In the showroom, on the industry pages and in the Studio you can save up to four concept styles. They are kept in this browser only, and only after you choose Save style. Remove or Clear deletes them. The saved shortlist itself is not sent anywhere.
When you choose Use in my quote or Add to a project brief, the chosen styles travel in that page’s web address as concept and level names only (for example cafe:Bespoke), never your name, email or business details. Like any web address, it can appear in the hosting provider’s service logs. The styles are then added as text to your message or brief, where you can edit or remove them before anything is sent.
No advertising trackers
Fonts, photographs and scripts load from this website itself. There are no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The hosting provider and your email provider may keep their own service logs.
