06 / A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Before
we build.
The concepts
Are these real client websites?
They are original concept websites for fictional businesses. Products, properties, prices, and availability inside the concepts are illustrative. No client results, testimonials, or professional credentials are implied.
Can my website combine ideas from different concepts?
Yes. Tell us which details you like. The final website should reflect your business, content, and agreed scope.
Can a real project take payments or appointments?
Those functions can be scoped around an appropriate provider. The provider accounts, charges, account ownership, and actual integration testing must be confirmed in the written quote. The showroom simulations are not live connections.
Scope and timing
How long does a website take?
A standard build takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on site size, features, content readiness and scope. The build clock starts once you approve the written quote and the agreed content has arrived; the quote confirms the actual deadline. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a slot or a date. Rush options (same day, overnight, or 1, 2 or 3 business days) and weekend work are available on request for an additional fee quoted for your project; whether they are possible depends on scope and content readiness and is confirmed in the written quote.
What do I need to prepare?
Your business facts (services, hours, area served, contact details), text or notes for each page, photographs you have the right to use, your logo if you have one, and access to your domain and hosting when it is time to launch. The Prepare page lists it all. Prepare
Can I see progress before launch?
Yes. You review a private preview link on your own phone before anything is public, and your notes go into the agreed revision rounds.
Payment
How do I pay?
Payment is by wire transfer, direct deposit or cash deposit into the account specified in your written quote, arranged privately after the written quote is agreed. No bank details are published on this website, and nothing is paid here: prepare your inquiry, review the draft, and send it from your own email app. There is no online payment, automatic charge or subscription. What a website costs
Can I buy a package on this website?
No. Prices are published so you can compare options, but this is a quote-request website. How to pay is answered above.
Ownership and care
Who owns the domain and website?
You do. Ownership and handoff are set out in the written quote and the project agreement: your domain and hosting accounts are in your name. Third-party fonts, photographs, software, and services keep their own licenses and terms.
Do I need monthly care?
No. Care is optional. A matching plan can cover a monthly review and the stated number of small content updates. Hosting and paid services are separate unless agreed otherwise.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small text or image changes are what optional care covers, by separate agreement. New pages, features or a new direction are quoted as a new scope.
Getting in touch
Do you work with businesses outside Hannibal?
Yes. Mado is based in Hannibal and works around Hannibal, Palmyra and Quincy, and with businesses farther away by email and the private preview link.
Is my information safe?
The quote form prepares an email draft that you send yourself; this website keeps no copy of it and has no advertising trackers. The privacy page explains the details. Privacy
