First, the business.

Your part: the business facts and the goal.
04 / HOW IT HAPPENS
Four stages, six stops, three approvals. You’ll know what’s being built and what happens next.

Your part: the business facts and the goal.
We put the pages, visual direction, features, content responsibilities, costs, and revision rounds in writing. A standard build takes 3 to 7 business days once the quote is approved and the agreed content has arrived; rush and weekend options are quoted per project, and the quote confirms the actual deadline.
Your part: review the quote and agreed responsibilities.
Review a private preview. Collect your feedback into the agreed revision rounds. We check the phone layout, readable text, navigation, links, and scoped functions.
Your part: supply approved content and consolidated feedback.
Approve the final website and the publication plan. Confirm domain and hosting ownership, connected providers, and the handoff. Payment is arranged privately after the written quote, by wire transfer, direct deposit or cash deposit; nothing is paid on this website. Optional care is a separate choice.
Your part: final approval and account ownership.
SIX STOPS, AND WHAT YOU RECEIVE
The four stages above, as the six moments you will actually notice. Each stop says what arrives and what is yours to do.
01
You receive: A reply by email, with any questions that matter for a quote.
Your part: Send what you have: a few sentences, your current site, a concept you liked.
02
You receive: One document: pages, features, who supplies what, revision rounds, costs, the build estimate and anything separate.
Your part: Read it, ask, then approve it or ask for changes. Nothing starts before this.
03
You receive: A simple checklist against the agreed page list, and help with writing where the quote includes it.
Your part: Send approved text, photographs you have the right to use, and your facts.
04
You receive: A working link, checked on phones, shared only with you before anything is public.
Your part: Open it where your customers would, then collect your notes.
05
You receive: Each agreed round applied, then checked again on phones.
Your part: One combined list of changes per round.
06
You receive: The finished site published on accounts in your name, with a handoff note.
Your part: Final approval, domain and hosting access, and your decision on optional care.
THREE APPROVALS
Starts the project. The build clock starts once the agreed content has arrived.
Needed: your written yes to the quote
Locks in the visual direction and page structure, so revision rounds can be about details.
Needed: your notes on the first private preview, in one list
Publishes the site and ends the build. Optional care is a separate choice.
Needed: your sign-off, plus domain and hosting access
WHAT CAN MOVE A DEADLINE
The written quote confirms the deadline. These are the things that change it, and what happens when they do.
SAMPLE DOCUMENTS
Schematic examples, not real documents: the written quote, the private preview and the handoff note.
